Welcome to the Menu Planning Module.

Trying to develop a range of menus which offer choice to ensure you incorporate key food groups, yet also take into account an individual child’s dislikes or special diet can be a mammoth task.

This module and its supporting information explores ways to include key food groups into the lunch and tea menus you produce, along with guidance on how to provide healthy desserts, breakfast, drinks and snacks for early years children who are over one year of age.

At the end of the module, download your evidence sheet to demonstrate your learning and tick it off on your Nurturing Health Certificate.
